I have been on a clinical trial for ovarian cancer. I am being treated at MD Anderson in Houston. My daughter introduced me to Dr. Ky Carlson. I began treatment shortly after that, and I just want to let everyone know what his treatment can do for you. I am having a lot of trouble keeping my white blood cell count up high enough to receive my chemo. I came to Houston with a count of 1.3 and after two adjustments my count went up to 2.0, which is what I needed to be able to receive my treatment. This same scenario has happened to me two more different times. Last month, due to my early chemo appointment, I was not able to receive my adjustment and my white count NEVER came up. It stayed at 1.67. Another thing that I noticed was when I got an adjustment after my chemo treatment I was not nearly as fatigued. I live in Ohio and have not been able to find a chiropractor that uses the same technique as Dr. Ky. I just want to let all of you know how fortunate you are to be able to seek such excellent care.
