I first came into Healthy Beginnings because I was having very severe headaches that would go from the front to the back of the left side of my head. I was getting no relief from going to our family doctor. I was extremely uncomfortable and in a lot of pain. My experience in this office has been very, very good. I got relief from the headaches in about two weeks. It was such a positive experience to get the relief I got in such a short period of time. I had been dealing with this problem for more than a month. I would love to say that I have made "all" the changes that Dr. Ky has recommended. But not yet! I have made a lot of changes that have helped me get a much better idea of where I need to go for better all over health.
